Then…

In 2021, Mark Stephan purchased Bee Creek Ranch amid COVID-19 to build a property of unique experiences for family, friends, and his guests.

Running a venue is like riding a bronco and holding on for your life. It’s hard many, many days, but I do it because my passion is building a place for everyone to enjoy, relax, and experience real life. Hospitality is my joy and passion and while I initially got the property for friends and family, now I’m sharing this enchanted place with everyone.

In early 2023, best friends Mark Stephan and Talha Zorver created Zorphan Venues and Resorts, LLC, to manage and grow Bee Creek Ranch to be shared with everyone. Talha left to figure himself out in new adventures, and Mark persists and continues in the endeavor.

Now…

Bee Creek Ranch is growing more and more. A new Art theme started to take root in late 2023. A new Art gallery, featuring famed artist Chacasso, opened in Summer 2024. We’re excited to be partnering with Save the Art ists (Instagram) to focus on Art and Mental Health, making it a place where guests of all types can come, relax in nature, live in and experience Art. The theme will continue to grow and weave together as we expand.

The Future…

Our goal is to continue to build out Bee Creek Ranch with more short-term rental units including glamping! All will be artist designed and themed chosen through a community voting and selection process. Imagine staying in a work of art! Artists will also be able to earn credits to stay on Bee Creek Ranch gaining much needed time to relax, reflect, and inspire new art. The future looks bright! Bee Creek Ranch aims to be a luxury resort, a unique experience, promoting mental wellness and a place that gives back to artists and the community.
