    The stage is where it happens. The rustic feel brings to mind Tuscan villages and old-town Italy. The stage is perfect for weddings, concerts, theatric plays, photo shoots and so on. With a large green lawn out front that can handle tents and up to 300+ chairs. With night garden lights it can be turned into a dance area after the wedding or event.

  • Airbnbs

    We have multiple short-term rentals (Airbnbs). From the beautiful "The Cottage" (max 6ppl) with its modern vibe to "Willie’s Place" (max 8 ppl) a Willie Nelson-themed stay. New Airbnbs coming online soon! Amenities: Hot tubs, fire pits, and more! We encourage events held at the property to also book out the short-term rentals. It's a great place for brides and grooms to prepare, VIPs of the event to relax during the event, or is usable for guests traveling from far away.

  • The Reception Hall & Art Gallery

    The reception hall is great to hold your receptions, corporate events, and more! Holds up to 100 people. Tents can supplement. Otherwise, the lawn has plenty of room and guests often prefer it. The reception hall is also a high-end art gallery making any event that much more special. includes a full kitchen, and bar.

    • Indoor Art Gallery/Reception Hall can seat up to 100 (max) depending on your needs and seating configuration.

    • Outdoors room for 300+ depending on your needs and configuration. While micro and smaller groups will still feel intimate!

  • More Indoor space? Possibility of setting up tents (you rent and provide) if needed.

  • Stay overnight: Ability to stay on property and we’ve partnered with other nearby short-term rentals for larger groups.

  • Parking up to 100 vehicles (think carpool), and nearby locations are possible with a shuttle.

  • Vendors: Currently, we do not provide tables, chairs, catering, etc… Each event is unique, so we find guests who are best served by finding the vendors who best suit their imagined event.

The venue at Bee Creek Ranch can be rented by the day or the weekend. The venue is rented as a whole, including both the Reception Hall and the Stage. Short-term rentals (Airbnbs) can also be added allowing you to stay on property or provide premium overnight stays for guests.
