Our short-term rentals are rented out separately from our venue but can be included in the venue rental. As such, those renting the venue may have non-event-related guests on the property and vice versa. We do not guarantee that an event will not happen if you stay at a short-term rental, however, we will notify you after you book if there is one happening the weekend you book. If an event is scheduled after you book, we’ll notify you immediately. We do have a generous cancellation policy (100% refund) in such circumstances if canceled within 24 hours of us notifying you about the event on the property.
