Hot Tub Rules

The home you are staying at has a pool, hot tub and/or a trampoline. Every property has a hot tub. Only one home currently has a pool and trampoline. Each of these are fun, but also can be very dangerous without caution and watchful eyes. Your safety is our priority. Please, use extreme caution with yourselves and children around the pool, hot tub or trampoline. ADULT supervision is 100% required always.

As a result, we require all guests and their guests to sign a liability waiver. This is required by our insurance company.

All adults staying and anyone visiting you during your stay must sign this. All minors staying and visiting must have their legal guardians sign.

If you do not sign before arrival, your stay will be cancelled, and there will be no refund. This is part of the house rules. Yeah, we hate that too. But people don’t sign otherwise.

We want you to have fun, but this is a requirement for that fun to happen.

Hot Tub

READ THIS, You could be fined $150 if you don’t.

  • Sign the Liability Waiver [REQUIRED]: Sign and send back Liability Waiver. Please print this and sign, or digitally sign this and email to info@beecreekranch.com It is required by the property insurance because we have hot tubs and other amenities.   • Hot Tub Heating/Cooling: Every Short Term Rental has a hot tub. If you want it hot, let us know beforehand and we'll turn it on. We do generally leave them on, please, just verify with us. If you want it cool (summer) let us know and we'll make certain heating is off.

  • Hot Tub Cover: Please be careful taking the cover off an on. Never walk on or sit on the cover.

  • Power Cut-off: Each hot tub has an emergency power cut-off breaker box nearby. Look around for it so that in an emergency you can switch it off.

BEFORE USE

  • AVOID THE CLEANING FEE, SHOWER WITH SOAP & WATER BEFORE ENTERING. DO THIS. BODY OILS, HAIR PRODUCT, MAKEUP MAKE THE HOT TUB FILTHY

  • WE KNOW IT CAN BE FUN, BUT WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO KEEP THE CLOTHES ON. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE COMPLETE PRIVACY ON THE PROPERTY

USE & SAFETY RULES

  • ENTER AND EXIT SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY

  • NO DIVING OR JUMPING INTO HOT TUB

  • NO FOOD, DRINK, GLASS OR ANIMALS IN THE SPA

  • PREGNANT WOMEN, CHILDREN, PEOPLE WITH HEALTH PROBLEMS & PEOPLE USING ALCOHOL, NARCOTICS OR OTHER DRUGS THAT CAUSE DROWSINESS SHOULD NOT USE SPA WITHOUT CONSULTING A DOCTOR. BE CAREFUL!

  • ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN, OR ANIMALS! IT WILL COOK THEM!

  • DO NOT USE IF OVER 104 F. LET IT COOL DOWN FIRST

  • MAX. USE IS 15 MINUTES, COOL DOWN BEFORE RE-ENTRY

  • DO NOT PUT ANY SOAPS, BUBBLE BATH, COLORING OR OILS IN SPA

  • DO NOT LIE ON OR SIT ON COVER

AFTER USE:

  • CLEAN OUT ANY DEBRIS, LEAVES, ITEMS THAT FELL IN, ETC…

  • DUMP 2 CAPFULS OF “FRESH & CLEAR” CLEANER AFTER EVERY USE

  • CLOSE THE COVER TO SAVE ENERGY AND TO REHEAT

  • SET TEMPERATURE TO 104F

  • CLOSE HOT TUB LID

CLEANING FEE: The spa is cleaned after every guest. It is also checked after every check-out and photos taken. If people follow the above directions, it will be sanitary and clean. Shower before, no pets, food, glass, etc… Put in spa chemicals after every use.

IF HOT TUB IS EXCESSIVELY DIRTY,  YOU WILL PAY AN EMERGENCY CLEANING FEE. $150
