Welcome to our pricing page. We’re excited you’re interested in allowing us to be part of your special occasion. We take this very seriously and want to go above and beyond to make your time special and memorable.

Here is the information about our current pricing and other useful details. While every wedding is unique, these will give you estimates to help you plan. Numbers are finalized after we’ve gone through all the details.

Bee Creek Ranch is a DIY venue. In other words, we provide the venue only. Our guests coordinate and handle vendors, tables, chairs, etc. We find guests prefer this as this allows them not to be limited to a pre-set package or design. Venue Rental

Below are the prices for the rental of the entire venue. Check out our promotions and special deals.

Prices are not final and are not quotes, they are only estimates. Each event is unique and depending on the event, special circumstances and fees or even discounts may apply. Schedule a call to learn more..

Limited Time Promotions

  • Rest of 2024: First 5 bookings only - Venue Rental $1000

  • 1st Half 2025 (Jan 1 - June 30): First 5 bookings only - Venue Rental 50% any venue rental.

  • 2nd Half 2025 (July 1 - Dec 31): First 3 bookings only - Venue Rental 25% off venue rental.

Notes:

  • Extras not included in discount. Discount is only for the venue rental.

  • Because of the discount, we request access to all video and photography of the event for potential use in our marketing.

  • Payment terms for promotions:

    • Events in 2024 100% payment, no refunds. (Ability to reschedule, if available, within 2024, if outside 2024, price changes.)

    • Events in 2025; 50% down, remainder equal payments spread out until 1 month before event. Last payment is 30 days before event. (Ability to reschedule, if available, within the promotion period, outside promotion period, priced changes).

  • Request a contract for all terms and details.

Whole Venue Rental Pricing

There are high and low seasons, and the prices reflect that. Please see the footnotes below for more details.

  • High Season: High Season is Mar/April/May/June, Sept/October/Nov/Dec

  • Low Season: Low Season is Jan/Feb, July/Aug

Note on Short term rentals: Venue rental pricing does not include short-term rentals. Short term rentals may be booked directly on the booking site, or by request if more than 6 months out. Short-term rental pricing is calculated by an algorithm. So even we don’t know the price from day to day.

Whole Weekend: Fri, Sat, and Sun

  • High Season: $7,800

  • Low Season: $6,500

Whole Day: Saturday

  • High Season: $4,500

  • Low Season: $3,500

Whole Day: Fri or Sun

  • High Season: $4,000

  • Low Season: $3,200

Whole Day: Mon, Tues, Wed or Thurs

  • High Season: $2,700

  • Low Season: $2,000

Important Notes:

Day Rentals: These are for the full day, which is 12 hours. Typically, start from 11 am until 11 pm. Time can start earlier, but the end time adjusts accordingly. All setup and clean-up must be within those hours. The latest end time is 11 pm. Guests and cleaning crews must vacate the property by the end time. See note 4 for more about restrooms.

Whole Weekend Rentals: These run from Friday 11 am until Sunday 7 pm or Saturday 11 am until Monday 11 am. Time adjustments may be requested in a case-by-case scenario. See note 4 for more about restrooms.

The Whole Venue package includes The Stage, Reception Hall, Green, and parking.

Restrooms: Currently, no permanent guest restrooms onsite can handle large crowds because the property is on a septic system. We do provide two porta-potties. However, you may also rent more porta potties or your own restroom trailer. Restrooms may be rented by you, or through us. For weddings, we recommend Luxury trailer restrooms. You also have an option for porta potties. Check with us for details and quotes.

Things to Know

  • Bee Creek Ranch is a new property, it is always undergoing infrastructure and cosmetic improvements. We will let you know if there are any major changes between the time you booked and your event. All improvements are intended to make your event even better and more beautiful. The feel of Hill Country/Rustic Tuscan of the property will remain the same. Book now as these improvements will increase overall rates. 

  • No improvements before your event are guaranteed unless written into the contract.

  • We can provide a list of recommended vendors upon request.

  • We require all clients to purchase event/wedding cancellation insurance. We request this because this is such an investment for our clients. This is inexpensive, and a quick Google search can provide options.
